1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
These General Terms and Conditions govern the rules for using the website poli-lazarova.com,
hereinafter referred to as the "Site", managed by Polina Lazarova, with an address in Varna, Chaika residential district, bl.13
and BULSTAT: 181297457, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller".
By accessing and using this Site, you agree to these General Terms and Conditions.
2. SUBJECT OF THE SITE
The Site provides information and the opportunity to purchase author's paintings and other author's works of art.
All products presented therein are original and created by the Seller.
3. ORDERS AND SALES AGREEMENT
3.1. Orders are placed by filling out a form on the Site.
3.2. After confirmation of the order by the Seller, a sales agreement is considered to have been concluded.
3.3. The Seller has the right to refuse an order if there is any suspicion of incorrectness or impossibility of execution.
3.4. After placing an order, the Seller contacts the Buyer by e-mail or by phone call to confirm the order.
3.5. If the Buyer wishes to have an invoice issued for the order placed, he must notify in the Notes field, indicating the necessary data.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
4.1. All prices are in Bulgarian leva (BGN)
4.2. All prices are valid at the time of publication, and the Seller reserves the right to change them without notice at any time.

5. DELIVERY
5.1. Deliveries are made by courier service to the address or office of the courier specified by the customer.
5.2. The delivery time is from 2 to 7 business days, unless otherwise stated.
5.3. If there is a product that is not in stock, it may take from 3 to 5 business days to make.
5.4. Each sent order has a "Preview" option
5.5. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company.
5.6. The delivery cost is according to the tariff plan of the Courier Service and is at the expense of the Buyer.
6. RETURN AND CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE
6.1. The Customer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
6.2. The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Transportation costs in both directions are borne by the Buyer.
6.3. The refund is made within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. The Seller is not responsible for temporary interruptions of access to the Site.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the products.
8. COPYRIGHT
8.1. All images, texts and graphic elements on the Site are subject to copyright
and cannot be copied, used or distributed without the express written consent of the Seller.
9. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
9.1. The Seller reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions.
9.2. The current version of the General Terms and Conditions will always be available on the Site.
